Terms of Service
By ordering from Integrity Digital ("we," "us"), you ("the client") agree to these terms.
Services
We provide digital services including website and web-app development, AI chatbot and automation setup, design, writing, editing, translation, and related work. Every project is custom. Deliverables, scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Prices are quoted per project. Payment is due as agreed at the time of order through our payment processor. Work begins once payment or an agreed deposit is received.
Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Typical delivery is 24–48 hours unless a different timeline is agreed. Delivery times may extend if the client is slow to provide required materials or feedback.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and rights to any materials supplied, and confirms they have the right to use them.
Ownership
On full payment, the client owns the final delivered work product. We may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Integrity Digital operates.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver your order.
What We Collect
Contact details (name, email), the content and files you send us, and payment confirmation from our processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
How We Use It
Only to communicate with you, complete your order, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information, and share it only with service providers needed to run our business, or where required by law.
Data Retention
We keep project files and correspondence only as long as needed, then remove them on request.
Your Choices
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us.

Refund & Cancellation
Before work begins
Cancel before we start and you receive a full refund.
In progress
Cancel while work is underway and we refund the portion not yet completed.
After delivery
Revisions are included. If a completed deliverable doesn't match the agreed scope and can't be corrected, we offer a fair partial or full refund.
